General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Baby-Crea
1. Preamble
The site www.baby-crea.fr is managed by BABY-CREA, registered with the Soissons Trade and Companies Register under number 884259805, whose head office is located at 17 T Rue Émile Morlot, 02310 Charly-sur-Marne.

These conditions govern sales between Baby-Crea and any CLIENT making a purchase via the site. Any order requires full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions.

- CLIENT: any natural or legal person purchasing for personal use.
3. Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
The GTC apply to all orders placed on the Site. They take precedence over any other document. Validation of an order implies unconditional acceptance of the GTC.
4. The articles
The articles are described with the greatest care. Photos are non-contractual. In case of unavailability of an article, the CLIENT will be notified and will have the option to exchange or cancel.
5. Orders
The CLIENT declares to be of legal age and authorized to place an order. They are responsible for the information provided. A confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent.
6. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, excluding customs fees. Baby-Crea reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced according to the rates in effect on the date of the order.
7. Payment terms
Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal. Any order is subject to payment approval. No banking data is stored by Baby-Crea.
8. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by La Poste or Mondial Relay. Fees are calculated according to the address and delivery method. Baby-Crea is not responsible in case of incorrect address or failure to collect.
9. Delivery problem due to the carrier
In case of delay, damage, or loss, a claim must be made by the CLIENT within 14 days with supporting evidence via the contact form.
10. Returns and refunds
Personalized products are neither taken back nor exchanged except in case of our error. Returns must be made within 14 days, with the article in its original condition.
11. Legal guarantees
The CLIENT benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. They can request repair, replacement, or refund according to the conditions provided by law.
12. Liability
Baby-Crea cannot be held responsible for any damage not directly resulting from its act or a contractual breach.
13. Force majeure
In case of force majeure, obligations are suspended. If the event lasts more than three months, the order may be canceled without compensation.
14. Customer service
For any questions, the CLIENT can contact Baby-Crea via the contact form available on the site.
15. Applicable law
The GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed only within the framework of the commercial relationship and is never resold. Payments are secured via external partners.
17. Intellectual property
All site content is protected. Any reproduction, partial or total, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
18. Partial invalidity
If a clause is deemed invalid, the other provisions will remain applicable.
